TLLT, How it started

I have always been told I have a unique way of seeing the world and have fun weaving stories connecting one part of nature to another.
Through Flickr and its vast collection of photos I have been able to make these connections come to life visually and to gently expand the view of the earth we share. We are so interconnected in shapes and colors, we live on a single floating rock, maybe that's why.
I like to think of the man in Africa and the woman in the US who have come together with others through their pictures to tell one whimsical story. Will they ever meet? Probably not. But in one small space of web they are unexpectedly side by side becoming a part of a visual tale or poem.
This way of seeing the world blend always makes me smile.

"Blog This" I only use Flickr pictures where the blog function is enabled. This means the photographer has allowed their pictures to be used in blogs. I only want to include people who don't mind being brought into a web world like this. I do not just take what I see.

Photo number 2 in this series is very familiar to me. It's a host on the coast of Northern California near Fort Ross, which lies between Mendocino and Jenner! When I lived in California, I spent a lot of time on that stretch of the coast and loved it. What fun! Thanks for the memory.
